Warning that refund from Glossier took 47 days to finally hit my account
I had to email them 5 times and basically screenshot my whole order history before they processed it, has anyone else had a brand ghost them on a return like that?

yeah i had to do the same thing with a different brand, calling them out on twitter finally got it done.

omg did your friend go through the same thing? my bestie ordered a pair of sneakers from this small brand and they literally ignored her for like 6 weeks. she sent like 8 emails and a DM before someone finally replied saying "oh yeah we shipped it" even though she had no tracking number. she had to do a chargeback in the end. it's wild how some brands just leave you hanging like that.
