So I was at the grand opening of that new juice bar chain downtown last weekend

Honestly, it was a whole thing. They had this huge line and were giving out free samples of their 'super green' drink. I took a sip and it tasted like straight lawn clippings, so I made a face and put the cup in the trash. One of their brand managers saw me from across the room, came over, and said right in front of everyone, 'Our product is for refined palates, maybe it's too advanced for you.' It was so loud people turned to look. I just walked out. Now I'm seeing videos of it on TikTok and the comments are tearing them apart for being snobs. Has anyone else had a brand rep just go at a customer in public like that? How do they even come back from that?

Speedrunning going out of business is a perfect way to put it. They're making every bad choice you can think of all at once. It's honestly impressive how fast they're crashing.
