My barber in Austin told me he's boycotting a big hair dye brand over their 'apology' video and it made me watch the whole thing.

Margaret_Gonzalez25 is right, it was probably the same one. It wasn't just awkward, it was insulting. They clearly didn't mean a word of it. My barber said that's why he's done with them. It's about trust, not just the product. If a company lies to your face, why give them money?

Honestly, that feels like a lot of energy over hair dye. Most apology videos are just awkward corporate talk anyway. I'd rather just use a different brand and move on.

Which brand was it? I saw one last week that felt super fake, like they were reading a script someone else wrote.
