Walked into the new coffee shop on Main and counted 14 different ways to order a latte

Went to that new spot Brewed Awakening on Main Street last Saturday. I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes just reading the menu board before I could even decide. Oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, and then six different syrups plus a seasonal rotation. The barista asked if I wanted it hot, iced, or blended, and I almost just asked for a plain black coffee to stop the madness. Who actually needs 14 latte variations in a town with 3 other coffee shops already? Has anyone else felt overwhelmed trying to order at a place that offers too many choices?

Wait, aren't there only like 12 combos if you count base plus hot/iced/blended? Sounds more like 16 maybe.

Lol you really went and did the math on this huh @the_patricia. "Only like 12 combos" - yeah but have you seen how they rename every size just to confuse us? Like a "venti" is literally just a large but they act like it's some special category. And then you gotta factor in the secret menu stuff people order, so really it's like infinite combos if you count all the weird customizations people scream at the barista. I swear some folks treat that menu like a build-a-bear workshop for coffee lol.
