Update: The city council meeting last night actually made sense for once
I was zoning out until the zoning guy mentioned the new density rules only apply within a half-mile of the transit center, so my street on the north end won't change at all. Has anyone else been nervous about the zoning changes or was I just overthinking it?

Half-mile radius is pretty tight. My buddy lives three blocks from the transit center and his property is suddenly in the zone. Did they actually define what "density" means in those rules? Like, are we talking duplexes or full on apartment buildings? I heard someone say it caps at 4 units per lot but nobody at the meeting could confirm that for me.

4 units per lot? That's insane, I thought they were just allowing duplexes not whole apartment blocks.
