Pro tip: Check the Bothell library board for event flyers

I stopped by the Bothell library last Tuesday to return some books and noticed this big corkboard near the front desk. It had flyers for a community gardening meetup and a free kids coding workshop happening next month. I've lived here 2 years and never thought to look there. Anyone else find good stuff on those boards?

Buncha useless junk on those boards nine times out of ten. I checked it once and it was all ads for yoga classes nobody goes to and some kid's lemonade stand that closed two years ago. The library should just take it down honestly, it's clutter that makes the entrance look messy. I'd rather just check the city website for events if I really cared that much.

Oh come on, that board is a goldmine for random stuff like free piano lessons and people selling old kids bikes for cheap. Sure there's some junk but I've found real community gems on there that never show up on the city website.
