My garage door spring snapped at 7am, any local repair recs in Bothell?

So this morning I'm heading out to grab coffee and the whole door comes crashing down when I hit the opener. Turns out one of the torsion springs just gave up after 11 years. I managed to get the car out by yanking the release cord, but now I'm stuck with a door that's half open and a bunch of quotes ranging from $280 to $450. Has anyone dealt with a spring replacement around here recently, and did you go with one of the bigger companies or a smaller guy? I'd rather not get burned on the repair.

Had the same thing happen to me a few years back, went with a smaller local guy out of Kenmore and he did it for $300 flat including the parts. Bigger companies quoted me the same range you're seeing but they wanted to upsell me on a whole new door system, so I'd skip them.
