I thought the city was blowing smoke about that 522 overpass meeting, but a neighbor got me to go
My neighbor Ray kept bugging me for a month to show up to the Bothell Community Board meeting about the 522 overpass because I figured it was just people yelling into the void. I finally went to the one on a Tuesday and found out the board actually votes on stuff like the crosswalk timing near the library, and a handful of folks there got the city to fix a light that had been dead for 8 months. So for people who have gone to these, is it better to bring stuff up in person or send it in ahead of time?
