Heard a guy at the Bothell library meeting say the board's open comment sign-up closes 24 hours before, not at the door
Checked the city page myself and he's right, sign-ups for the March 12 meeting shut down Tuesday at 5pm sharp. Anyone else get turned away at the door thinking you could just walk up and talk?

Wait, sign ups shut down at 5pm SHARP Tuesday? That's wild, so you basically have to know a day ahead or you're just standing outside for nothing.
