Found a cracked sewer line under Fairweather Ave, picked a rehab over replacement

I bought a fixer on Fairweather Ave last spring and after 4 months the basement started smelling like a swamp. The plumber scoped it and found a cracked clay line under the driveway, so I had to choose between a full trench replacement at $9k or a pipe lining job at $5.5k. I went with the lining since it's less digging and they said it'd last decades, but they hit a snag with a belly in the pipe that made the liner wrinkle. Two weeks later we got it smoothed out and the smell is gone, but I'm still nervous about that sag section where water pools. Has anyone else dealt with a belly in a lined sewer pipe, does that cause trouble down the road or is it fine?

Read a plumbing forum post where a guy had the same issue and the belly collected debris over time, eventually needing a cleanout added. Water pooling in a sag is a trap for solids, so I'd watch it more than the liner itself.
