Finally got the Bothell Community Board minutes posted before the next meeting for once
For two years I was the guy scrambling to post the board meeting notes at 11pm the night before, and half the time they went up late. Last month I started writing them up right after the meeting while it's still fresh, and I got the Feb 12 minutes on the site in under 24 hours. Small thing, but a few folks at the last meeting actually thanked me for it. Anyone else on here run into the same lag with their own board or group?

Man, writing them up right after the meeting is the move, that fresh memory makes it so much faster. We started doing a rough draft during the meeting itself and just cleaning it up after, and it cut the lag way down.
