My entire batch of heirloom tomato seedlings just keeled over overnight

I had them in a south facing window in my apartment and was watering them with a spray bottle every other day, but I came out this morning and all 12 were just limp and brown. What's the most likely rookie mistake I made here, overwatering or not enough light?

My heirlooms did that until I switched to bottom watering.

Actually, bottom watering is great for preventing some issues, but blossom end rot is usually a calcium problem, not how you water. It happens when the plant can't take up enough calcium, often because the soil dried out too much at some point. Even with bottom watering, if the soil mix is off or the plant hits a dry spell, you can still see it. I had it on my romas last year and adding some garden lime to the soil before planting fixed it.
