Had a record bad week with my basil plants
Lost 5 out of 8 basil seedlings in 3 days last month. Think it was damping off from too much moisture in my Denver apartment. Anyone else struggle with keeping seedlings alive indoors?

Oh man, that's rough. Losing five out of eight seedlings is a gut punch for sure. It's funny how much we can mess up something that's supposed to be simple, isn't it? I feel like that's a bigger pattern with a lot of things these days - we think we're doing everything right, but we're just a little too much of one thing and not enough of another. Damping off is brutal, and I bet half the people trying to start seeds indoors run into it before they figure out the balance. Hope the survivors pull through for you.
