Picked a human detective over an AI fraud scanner, got my account back in 2 days

My Etsy shop got hit with a weird login alert last Tuesday. The new AI tool I signed up for flagged it as bot activity and auto-locked my store, but the report it sent me looked like it was written in riddles. I had to choose between waiting on that system's support ticket or paying a local cyber guy I found on Yelp in Portland. I went with the human, $75 for a 20 minute call, he spotted a mismatched IP pattern the bot missed. Got my shop unlocked Thursday morning. Anyone else trust a real person over the algorithm when something breaks?
