Just realized I burned $80 on a 'verified' Twitter account that was a bot farm

So back in February I paid $80 for one of those follower growth services because a guy in a Discord server swore it was legit. The account they gave me had 12k followers and looked fine at first, but when I actually checked the profiles, 90 percent had no pics, no posts, and joined the same week. I ran a few of them through a bot checker and every single one came back fake. The service ghosted me after I asked for a refund, and Twitter locked my account for a week because of the sudden follower spike. Now I'm out 80 bucks and my account still gets flagged for review every couple months. Has anyone actually gotten a refund from one of these services or is it just gone once they have your money?
