A mod in r/BotOrNot gave me one piece of feedback that fixed my whole rating system
I used to rate every account that posted more than 5 times a day as a bot, no questions asked. Then last week a mod named caffeinatedowl left a comment on one of my reports saying frequency alone flags tons of night shift nurses and new parents, and that I should look at posting gaps and reply patterns instead. I switched to checking if replies land within 2 minutes every single time, and my false flags went from around 14 a week down to about 3. Anyone else here had their whole method changed by one comment from a stranger?
