Shoutout to the book club member who brought a printed list of 'plot holes' to our discussion of 'The Silent Patient'
We were at the community center last Tuesday, and she spent 15 minutes reading them aloud, totally killing the vibe about the unreliable narrator. Has anyone else had a debate derailed by someone over-preparing like that?

Honestly, did she at least have a main point with all those notes? Or was it just a list of gotchas.

Did she ever explain what she thought the point of the book club was? To me, it's about sharing our personal reactions, not giving a book report. Her list sounds like she missed the whole experience of reading it.
