My sister says audiobooks do not count as reading, and our club split right down the middle over it
We picked a 600 page history book for August, and my sister showed up with the audiobook version since her drive to work is 50 minutes each way. One half of the club said listening is still taking in the whole book, and the other half argued that you skip the parts your brain would normally slow down for. She finished it in 9 days while two people with the paper copy are still stuck around chapter 6. Where do you all land on this, does format matter or just the story?
