Passing out on the job site from heat was my wake-up call.

We used to think sweating buckets was just part of the gig. Now I make sure everyone has a full bottle and we take breaks to cool down.

Passing out is a major red flag. Glad it finally got treated like the serious wake-up call it was.

Yeah janac22, some folks need to literally hit the ground before they see the red flag. At least now you’re treating water breaks like real breaks and not a sign of being soft.
