Noticing a push for more robotic welding in our shop
It's supposed to speed things up... but I'm curious about the skill shift. Any tips for staying useful as things change?

Seems about the same as always. People just talk about it more now.

People just talk about it more now" is exactly it. But is the thing itself actually worse, or are we just hearing more noise? Feels like we're all just getting better at pointing it out.
