DAE notice more young guys coming into the trade who can't read a tape measure past 1/16ths?
Had a 22 year old helper last month on a tower job in Gary tell me the tape was broken because he couldn't find the 1/8 marks, and I'm wondering if this is a shop class thing or just my crew getting unlucky.

And it's not just tapes, they can't read a level either.
