Can we talk about the new apprentice who insisted on using a 3/8 drive impact for all the flange bolts?

I overheard the foreman tell him, 'Son, you're gonna snap that socket like a twig if you don't step up to the 1/2 inch for anything over 3/4 inch grade 8,' and it made me wonder what other basic tool sense we're not teaching the greenhorns straight out of the gate.

Tried to use a screwdriver as a pry bar once. Learned that lesson real fast.

Remember my first week when I tried to break loose a seized caliper bolt with a 1/4 inch ratchet... good times.
