I live in an apartment building and a fellow enthusiast has boxes of hobby items blocking the common area. Looking for gentle ways to address this without causing friction.

What if you framed it as a safety concern? I used to think letting hobby stuff creep into shared spaces was FINE, but a fire marshal visit in my old building totally changed my mind. Now I see it as a major liability issue.

Yeah, fire marshal visits are no joke. My old roommate had a similar wake-up call with her fabric hoard.
