Catan Fridays completely revamped our team's lunch vibe
I started bringing my board games to the office for lunch breaks a while back. We kicked off with Catan, and now it's a weekly tradition. It's funny how trading sheep for ore made us talk way more about actual projects. Our boss even jumped in last week and it was a blast. I never thought a game could make such a difference in how we get along. Anyone have similar tales from their spot? I'm digging for new game ideas to mix it up.

Played Catan at my old job. It changed our lunch breaks completely. We were from different departments and never talked. After a few games, we planned projects together. The trading made us deal for real. We switched to Ticket to Ride later and it kept the vibe going strong.
