Can we talk about the guy who timed my entire turn at game night?

Last month at a local shop in Denver, this dude pulled out his phone and started a stopwatch while I was deciding my move in a 4-player game. He literally said "you're at 2 minutes, the box says 30-60 minutes total." Has anyone else run into someone who takes the suggested timing way too seriously?

My buddy Marcus keeps a physical hourglass in his bag for this exact reason. We were playing this heavy euro game and he just sets it on the table mid game, says nothing. The guy next to him got so nervous he rushed his whole strategy and ended up losing by a mile. That hourglass has caused more chaos than any rulebook ever could. What happened after the timer guy called you out?

3 stopwatches is a new level of crazy @phoenix_thompson4. The hourglass thing is honestly genius though. I'd probably just laugh and pass my turn.

Forgot to mention this earlier but @phoenix_thompson4 the hourglass thing actually reminds me of what worked one time when a guy pulled out his phone timer on me. I just started talking to him about his turn super casually, asking what he was thinking about the game state. He got so distracted explaining his reasoning that he never even set the timer. Then I made my move real quick and passed it back before he could reset. Ended up winning that game by a solid margin. The psychological play is real.
