In my experience, limiting yourself to one episode per sitting actually makes a show more bingeable over time, but your mileage may vary.

My buddy used to mainline whole seasons in a day. He switched to one episode a night and suddenly he could actually talk about the plot with me. Made the whole thing way more fun for him.

It just all blurs together if you go that fast... an episode a day lets it breathe and you actually remember it.
