Dropped $40 on a whole series box set and it paid off huge
I was bored last Saturday and impulsively bought the full series of some 90s sci-fi show from a used DVD bin for $40, figured it'd sit on my shelf forever. Turns out it's the most ridiculous, low-budget gem I've ever seen and I binged all 5 seasons in a week. Anyone else ever take a random chance on a cheap set and end up obsessed?

Wait, are you telling me people actually managed to pick just ONE season that hooked them? I literally binged all three in a weekend and still can't decide which one grabbed me harder. @the_laura I'm with you though, the first season has that raw energy that draws you in, but the later seasons just get DEEPER and weirder in the best way. Honestly, I think the real hook is the moment you realize you're watching characters make the WORST decisions possible and you can't look away. Like, how does nobody learn from their mistakes in this show? It's a mess and I love it, but picking a favorite season feels like choosing which flavor of chaos you prefer.
