I posted a video of a mall escalator stalling in Dallas last Tuesday, just for laughs, and it blew up overnight. The comments were all about the mall, not my small repair business, so I checked my website traffic that week and it barely moved. Has anyone else had a viral moment that brought attention but no actual customers, and what did you do to turn it around?

Oh man, my buddy posted a funny video of his dog stealing a pizza and it went viral, but his lawn care page got zero calls from it. He just started adding his business info to every funny clip after that, took a few months but a couple real leads finally trickled in.
