My friend sent me that viral workout challenge, and I dug into why it took off
My friend sent me that viral workout challenge last week. It was all over TikTok with millions of views. I looked into who started it and it was just a regular person, not a fitness expert. The strategy seemed to be using catchy music and short clips. Now I'm thinking about how simple ideas can spread so fast, lol.

Forget trends built just on catchy music without real substance.

Totally get what @the_joel means about substance. For workouts that stick, I just focus on a few simple moves done right (checking form on video helps).

Form checks with my phone camera changed everything for me too. It's exactly what @the_joel was getting at with ditching flashy stuff for what works. Real results just come from nailing the basics.
