My cousin's 15 second clip made me rethink my whole posting strategy

He showed me his video that got 2 million views and it was just him fixing a squeaky door in his kitchen, no fancy editing or hooks, and he said the trick is that people don't want a story, they want to see the problem get solved in real time, so has anyone else had a dumb simple post outperform their polished stuff?
