Blew $80 on a viral TikTok course that was just recycled blog posts

The 'guru' had 2 million followers so I figured the 6 week strategy guide had to be legit, but lesson 3 was literally a screenshot of an article I read free in 2021. Has anyone else gotten burned by these packaged courses, or am I just the sucker this month?

Dodged the same bullet last year with a "faceless YouTube channel" course. Paid $120 and it was just a PDF of stuff you could find by searching Reddit for 10 minutes. The worst part is these guys know people like us won't ask for a refund because we feel dumb for falling for it. I tried leaving a bad review on their page and they hid my comment, then posted a fake testimonial the next day. Honestly, the only real lesson I got was that follower counts mean nothing.
