Why does nobody talk about how Instagram's algorithm punishes you for posting too often now

I posted three Reels in one day last Tuesday after seeing all that 'post daily' advice and my engagement dropped to 23 views total across all of them, so what's the actual sweet spot for frequency now?

Got burned doing the same thing last month. Posted three days in a row and my reach went from thousands to basically zero. Now I'm forcing myself to wait 48 hours between posts and it feels like the algorithm actually rewards you for being lazy.

@nguyen.tara nailed the 48-hour thing, I've noticed the same pattern on my end. It's like the algorithm wants you to look chill and not desperate for attention (even if we totally are).
