Tried posting at 6am for a week, the algorithm finally made sense

I always thought posting at night was the move because that's when I scrolled, but after 7 days of testing morning posts my engagement doubled on Facebook. Turns out my audience in Ohio is up before work, not after dinner. Has anyone else found their ideal time is completely opposite of their own habits?
