Posting at 7am tripled my reach and I honestly fought it for months

I always thought timing was a myth. Got this tip from a friend who runs a local bakery page in Portland. She said post when people are on the toilet, not when they're at lunch. I laughed it off. Then I tested it for two weeks straight, same content, same hashtags. Morning posts got 3x the engagement every single try. My afternoon posts just flatlined. Now I schedule everything for 7am Pacific, even my weekend stuff. Anyone else see a huge jump when they switched to early morning? Or does it depend on your niche more than I think?
