My old boss swore posting at 6am was the only way to beat the algorithm
Honestly, I followed that advice for like 4 months and my Instagram posts barely got 50 likes each. Then I tried posting at 9pm on a Thursday after a friend in Austin said she had better luck. That single time switch doubled my reach overnight and now I only post late evening. Has anyone else been given bad timing advice by someone who seemed like they knew what they were talking about?

dang that's wild but honestly makes sense. i stopped posting at 6am and just started posting when i actually had something worth saying and my engagement got way better too. starting to think the algorithm just cares about timing less than people say.
