My neighbor in Phoenix told me his 'first five comment' rule for Instagram
He said he always replies to the first five comments on a new post within 15 minutes, and his reach doubled. Anyone else use a similar timing trick?

That guy was on to something though. I saw a study where people who actively reply online feel more connected to their communities. Missing one story at dinner is a small price for building real bonds over a week. Maybe the payoff is in the effort itself, not in what you get from it. What if he learned more about his friends that week than in a year of just scrolling?
