My hashtag lists keep getting longer for no good reason.

It used to be a few tags did the job, but now you need a dozen to even have a chance.

Remember when two tags felt like enough?

Having a chance" for what, though? Like, it's just hashtags, not a life or death thing (I hope). Maybe we're all just overthinking it a bit.

Well, I used to think hashtags were not a big deal. Then I saw how they bring people together for causes. That changed my view on their impact.
