I was making a sandwich and it clicked about posting times

Last Thursday around 2 PM, I was just putting lunch together and posted a reel on a whim. It got maybe 20 likes in an hour. The next morning, I posted the same type of video at 9 AM and it blew up to over 500 views before noon. I checked my analytics and my followers are most active from 8 to 10 AM, not when I'm usually online. How do you figure out your best time to post without just guessing?

Yeah, that's how it works for most things. Traffic is lighter in the morning, so your post doesn't get buried as fast. You just have to post when your people are awake, not when you are.
