Found a simple trick that doubled my Instagram reach in 2 weeks

I started replying to every comment within the first hour of posting, and my engagement shot up way more than any hashtag strategy ever did. Has anyone else noticed that early replies seem to hit the algorithm harder than just posting at a certain time?

Hold up, did the hate comments actually boost your numbers more than the nice ones? I've been curious if arguing with trolls teaches the algorithm to show your posts to more people who disagree. That would be a weird way to go viral but I could see it working.
