Finally fixed my Instagram reach after 8 months of guessing

I spent 8 months trying every growth hack I could find, but my posts kept getting 50 to 100 views. Turns out my hashtag strategy was all wrong - I was using the same 30 tags every time. Has anyone else spent way too long chasing the wrong fix before realizing the algorithm just wants variety?

Oh man, same thing happened to me lol. I was cycling through the same 20 tags every single post for like 6 months and wondering why my reach flatlined. What finally worked was making 5-6 different groups of hashtags based on niche topics and switching them up. Like one set for photography tips, another for editing tricks, another for behind the scenes stuff. Also I started using smaller tags with under 10k posts mixed in with the bigger ones. My views shot up to like 500-1000 within a couple weeks once I stopped being lazy about it.

Haha no way, my buddy actually tried the same thing with his dog account and it totally backfired at first. He made like 8 different hashtag groups but forgot to save them anywhere and just ended up posting the wrong set every time for two weeks.
