Watched a guy at the Chicago shop take 45 minutes on a fade and now I feel like I rush everything
He was at the chair next to me last Tuesday doing a skin fade with a straight razor finish, and watching him go that slow without ever losing the shape made me rethink how fast I move through my own cuts, so how do you all figure out the sweet spot between speed and not butchering the blend?

Started timing each section of my fade and it slowed me down just enough to fix my blends.
