Thought loyalty cards were a scam until I counted 312 haircuts in my book
Sat down last month and tallied the paper cards I keep in the drawer at the shop and the number floored me, 312 regulars came back on their own without me pushing anything. Now I'm wondering how many clients I lost over the years by not having any kind of follow-up system, what are you all using to keep track?

I used to roll my eyes at these but 312 people coming back on their own is hard to argue with.
