That first fade I did on my dad 2 years ago vs. now is wild
I was looking through my camera roll last night and found the first haircut I ever gave my dad back in March 2022. It was so choppy and uneven around the temples, but he still wore it to work the next day. Now after like 400 cuts on him and a bunch of practice heads, I can finally blend a zero guard up to a 2 in about 20 minutes flat. Has anyone else kept a photo of their first ever cut to see how far you've come?

Right? I look back at my first fade and it honestly looked like a lawnmower attack, but my dad wore it proud too. There's something weirdly addictive about seeing those side by side photos and realizing the muscle memory just kicks in after enough practice. Now I can buzz through a cut without even thinking and it feels like a totally different person holding the clippers.
