The Great Butter Explosion of Last Tuesday
Put a cold stick of butter in a warm oven to soften it for 5 minutes, walked away to feed the cat, and came back to a molten lake all over the heating element, so please learn from my $30 mess and just use the microwave at 10 second bursts like a sane person.
