Swapped my butter for European style on a whim and now I can't go back

Made two batches of chocolate chip cookies last Sunday one with regular butter and one with the European style and the European ones spread less and had a way better chewy texture, anyone else notice a big difference switching fats?

Oh man, I did the exact same thing with my banana bread recipe last fall. The European butter gave it this richer taste and a better crumb that my family won't let me go back from now. It's wild how swapping one ingredient can totally change the game like that.

Made the exact same mistake with my pie crusts last month. Now every butter in my fridge has to be at least 82% fat or I don't want it.
