Ngl my mate Dave counted 800 cookies for a bake sale and swore off baking for a month.

That number would shock me too. I had to start a simple spreadsheet, just date and dozen count, because my brain would never keep track. It's the only way to get a real picture of volume.

I used to just guess until I saw my own spreadsheet hit 200 dozen last year. Now I track everything.
