That fancy Danish dough whisk I bought was basically a gimmick
I dropped $25 on a Danish dough whisk last month because everyone on Instagram swore it was magic for mixing sticky doughs. First time I used it for a sourdough batch, the wires bent out of shape after like 3 stirs. Now I'm back to using my old wooden spoon and it works way better for half the price. The wires on that whisk just don't have enough support for stiff dough, especially when you're mixing in mix-ins like seeds or nuts. I should have stuck with what I know works instead of falling for the hype. Has anyone else had their dough whisk warp on them, or did I just get a dud one?

$25 is steep for something that bends on the first go, I feel your pain. I actually got one from a restaurant supply store for 8 bucks and it's held up fine through a dozen batches of stiff rye dough. Might be worth checking if you can return that one and grab a sturdier model instead of writing off the whole idea.

Idk man, maybe it's just me but I don't think a slightly bent wire from mixing stiff dough is the end of the world. I've had a cheap whisk that got a little wobbly after a few bakes and I just bent it back with my hands. Feels like getting worked up over a $25 tool that still does the job even if it's not perfect.
