That day I dropped a whole batch of sourdough on the floor
Had 8 boules proofing overnight and somehow knocked the entire sheet tray off the counter this morning. Lost 3 days of starter feeding and had to cancel four pre-orders. Anyone else ever just want to crawl under the mixer and hide?

Oh, you mean the moment where you just stare at the mess and think about your life choices? I once had a tray of fresh baguettes slide off the back of my car seat and land face-down in a puddle of melted ice cream. The car smelled like sour milk and regret for a week. At least the floor is a clean slate (pun intended) for your next batch, even if it hurts right now.
