Hit 1,000 sourdough loaves on Saturday and it totally snuck up on me

Honestly I've been keeping a tally on my fridge for the past 2 years and I didn't even realize I was close. 1,000 loaves is a lot of flour and sweat. My starter is basically family now. Has anyone else hit a random baking milestone that caught you off guard?

1,000 loaves is a lot of flour and sweat" is right. I hit 500 pies once and didn't notice until my wife pointed out my tally marks ran off the edge of the board. For the sourdough, make sure you dry some starter in case yours ever kicks it. Trust me on that one.

Wow, that's incredible... 1,000 loaves is basically a bakery's worth of bread in your own kitchen. I wonder if you've accidentally trained your neighborhood squirrels to expect sourdough crumbs at this point.
