Dropped $80 on a fancy silicone rolling mat and it's a game changer
I've been using a wooden rolling pin on a floured counter for years like my grandma did. But last month I caved and bought one of those non-stick silicone mats from a kitchen supply store. At first I thought it was overpriced nonsense, but now I don't have to fight with sticky dough or clean flour off every surface. Has anyone else tried one of these and found it worth the money?

I read some chef say that silicone mats are basically a "no clean dough surface dream" and they weren't wrong.

No clean" is just life telling us we're all too lazy to scrub things properly.
